The sounds of sobs,
The feeling of bitterness and anger,
The deprivation of a normal and happy childhood,
The fear that makes us hide stories and experiences that leave a scar,
The withdrawn and solemn life we live,
Our virtue that was taken from us at a very tender age.
Everyday we walk in the streets with fear in our hearts,
with tears in our eyes,
with shame all over.
We have been deprived of our normal childhood.
A four year old whose happiness was stolen,
A sixteen year old sold into prostitution by her past experiences,
A twenty-three year old left to grieve all by herself.
Is being a girl a shameful thing?
I have never written anything with so much emotion.
Now, good morals has a limit to how far it goes in protecting us from such a disastrous experience.
Children are now scared of their fathers,
Nieces no longer want to be left alone with their uncles.
They now tag every man a monster.
Where has the fear of God in people gone?
Do we actually love God?
Are mothers playing their roles?
Are we still safe?
It seems the cases are increasing every single day. It is all over the news.
Are "good men" trying to put a stop to this or are they consumed in the race of succeeding according to the world's definition(making money)?
I know one thing for sure that will save us from such experience-a good relationship with God.
My life changed when God came in. I felt something different. I felt PEACE!
God protects, provides, shields. He is always "here" for us. He touches the heart of people. He transforms lives!
You want protection? Ask God for it, He is the only one that can give you perfectly. Body guards can not do that perfectly.
I believe it is high time you accepted God into your life and worshipped Him with everything you have got.
But, you can not say you have God's protection and you begin to do the ungodly which is what God does not approve of. Do not also forget your morals. Develop a good ATTITUDE and dress appropriately.
GOD PROTECT US ALL, AMEN!
